- Robert Mather, Ph.D.
- Chief Executive Officer and Founder
- Robert Mather is CEO and Founder of Mather Professional Services, LLC. A behavioral scientist with expertise in social cognition, attitudes, persuasion, stereotypes, prejudice, and discrimination, he has served as an expert witness. He has authored over forty peer-reviewed journal articles and four books, including The Analysis of Variance: An Integrated Approach to Experimental Design.
- Since 1999, Mather has consulted for clients that include law firms, small businesses, universities, professional and collegiate athletic teams, start-up companies, private investors, banks, physicians, health care organizations, and law enforcement agencies. During his 20-year career in higher education, he served as a tenured full professor and associate dean at a large university, as the first CEO of a start-up academic journal that has been in operation since 2005, and as President of the Oklahoma Academy of Science. He served as Chair of a university Institutional Review Board with Federalwide Assurance and is a member of the Commerical Real Estate Council of Oklahoma City. He regularly taught courses in statistics, research design, neuroscience, industrial-organizational psychology, and social psychology. He has been interviewed by Fox News, CNN, The New York Times, and The Atlantic.

Tiffany Mather, CPAChief Financial Officer and Behavioral Science ConsultantTiffany Mather is CFO of Mather Professional Services, LLC. She brings high quality financial and accounting experience to her work for MPS with two decades of leadership in her work at MidFirst Bank, LD Entertainment, Deloitte, Wells Fargo Financial, and Chesapeake Energy. She is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Oklahoma and Texas, and a small business owner. She is also a Behavioral Science Consultant for our clients in the banking and finance industry. She has served in various executive roles across industries and specializes in finance, audit, reconciliation analysis, and financial reporting.

Maria Guzman, M.A.Behavioral Science ConsultantMaria Guzman specializes in small business clients, executive coaching, organizational behavior, and community relations. She is bilingual, fluent in Spanish, and a small business owner. Maria brings her dynamic energy and skillset to every endeavor. Maria served as a member of the Citizen Police Advisory Board for the Oklahoma City Police Department and is a graduate of the Greater Oklahoma City Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s Latino Leadership OKC program. She was named the 2023 Volunteer of the Year for the Greater Oklahoma City Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Hanna Knight, B.A.Behavioral Science ConsultantHanna Knight specializes in statistics and research design for projects with both large and small business clients. Prior to her work with MPS, she performed aerospace human factors research with a company contracted with the Federal Aviation Administration. Hanna also contributes to projects with small business clients, executive coaching, and organizational behavior. Hanna is a creative and thorough researcher who is skilled at identifying innovative ways to help our clients succeed. She has served as Editorial Assistant for the Journal of Scientific Psychology and competed as a collegiate swimmer.

Justin Durham, Ph.D.Behavioral Science ConsultantJustin Durham specializes applying behavioral science to real estate and investment companies. He is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Council of Oklahoma City. He is highly trained in quantitative statistical analysis, research design, and methodology. He has worked as a human factors scientist for a company contracted with the Federal Aviation Administration and has co-authored 5 peer-reviewed scientific journal articles and 5 technical reports for the U.S. government. He was named Outstanding Psychology Graduate Student at the University of Central Oklahoma in 2019 and completed his doctoral work at the University of Oklahoma. His dissertation topic was how misinformation and psychological factors influence decision making and behavior.
