- Robert Mather is CEO and Founder of Mather Professional Services, LLC. A behavioral scientist with expertise in social cognition, attitudes, persuasion, stereotypes, prejudice, and discrimination, he has served as an expert witness. He has authored over forty peer-reviewed journal articles and four books, including The Analysis of Variance: An Integrated Approach to Experimental Design.
- Since 1999, Mather has consulted for clients that include law firms, small businesses, universities, professional and collegiate athletic teams, start-up companies, private investors, banks, physicians, health care organizations, and law enforcement agencies. During his 20-year career in higher education, he served as a tenured full professor and associate dean at a large university, as the first CEO of a start-up academic journal that has been in operation since 2005, and as President of the Oklahoma Academy of Science. He served as Chair of a university Institutional Review Board with Federalwide Assurance. He regularly taught courses in statistics, research design, neuroscience, industrial-organizational psychology, and social psychology. He has been interviewed by Fox News, CNN, The New York Times, and The Atlantic.
